Realtor Community Participation Agreement

This Realtor Community Participation Agreement ("Agreement") governs participation in the Paradise Life DR Community of Real Estate Professionals ("Community"), operated by One Click Website Design LLC through the Paradise Life DR platform.

By signing this Agreement, the undersigned applicant ("Participant") agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose of the Community

The Community is designed to connect independent real estate professionals with buyer lead opportunities, marketing initiatives, and promotional services offered through Paradise Life DR.

Participation in the Community is voluntary and free of charge. Membership does not guarantee access to leads, sales, marketing opportunities, or business results.

2. Independent Professional Status

Participants are independent professionals and are not employees, agents, representatives, partners, joint venturers, or affiliates of Paradise Life DR or One Click Website Design LLC.

Participants are solely responsible for their business operations, licenses, transactions, clients, taxes, contracts, and professional obligations.

Participants may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Paradise Life DR.

3. Professional Eligibility

To participate in the Community, the Participant represents and warrants that they:

Are a licensed real estate professional where required by applicable laws.
Own, operate, or are officially affiliated with an established real estate company, agency, brokerage, or development company.
Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.
Have the authority to market and represent any property submitted to Paradise Life DR.

Paradise Life DR reserves the right to verify credentials and reject or remove any Participant at its sole discretion.

4. Lead Notification Program

Approved Participants may be added to a lead notification group where buyer inquiries and lead opportunities may be shared.

Lead opportunities may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.

Paradise Life DR does not guarantee:

The number of leads provided.
Lead quality.
Property showings.
Transactions.
Commissions.
Sales results.

Participation in the Community does not create any entitlement to future leads or opportunities.

5. Property Submission & Authorization

Participants may submit properties for marketing consideration through Paradise Life DR.

By submitting a property, the Participant confirms that:

They have authorization to market the property.
The information submitted is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
The property is currently available for sale.
They are authorized to receive inquiries regarding the property.

Paradise Life DR reserves the right to accept, reject, modify, or remove any property submission at its sole discretion.

6. Marketing Authorization

The Participant grants Paradise Life DR permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, advertise, and promote submitted property information, photographs, videos, pricing, descriptions, and related marketing materials across:

Paradise Life DR websites
Social media platforms
Advertising campaigns
Email marketing
Promotional materials
Other marketing channels operated by Paradise Life DR

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Paradise Life DR may advertise submitted properties without including the Participant's branding, contact information, or company information.

7. Community Rules

Participants agree to:

Maintain professional conduct.
Communicate honestly with buyers.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Respect other members of the Community.
Use lead information solely for legitimate business purposes.

The lead notification group is intended for lead opportunities and Paradise Life DR updates only and is not intended for unrelated advertising, promotions, or discussions.

8. No Exclusivity

This Agreement is non-exclusive.

Participants remain free to work with other companies, marketing platforms, agencies, and lead providers.

Paradise Life DR remains free to work with other real estate professionals and organizations.

9. Removal from the Community

Paradise Life DR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate participation in the Community at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Paradise Life DR and One Click Website Design LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damages, claims, commissions, business opportunities, transactions, disputes, or other matters arising from participation in the Community or use of any lead opportunity.

11. Acceptance

By signing below, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Realtor Community Participation Agreement.
